TransAll Trucking Software incorporates Data Security by setting (3) Access Levels. The Admin level allows all functions, the User level allows all Dispatch functions including Shipment Updates, and the Inquiry level allows for searching and querying only.

The Owner Page allows you to enter all your company information that will appear on your Invoices. Also, you can set Default Rates that you charge your customers so when you enter a new Customer, you can load these rates automatically.
You may also enter Customized Rates for any customer from the Rate Setup Page. This allows you to automically plug in Area Rates when entering a new shipment.

The Shipment Summary Page allows you to view all non-billed shipments. It is easily color coded depending on the Shipment Status, so you can see where you stand with your Shipments at a glance. You can also Select to display only a Specific Status. You may also Sort Shipments in a variety of ways.

The Shipment Search Page allows you to quickly search for a shipment in a number of ways. For example, you may search for a Shipment that was Delivered to a specific Company. Or you may search for a Shipment that was billed to a certain Forwarder.
You may also, from this page, duplicate a Shipment so you do not have to enter all the information again...

The Shipment Entry Page allows you to Enter, Update, or Delete Shipments. Once the Billing Company has been entered, the Rates that were set up when you Entered the Company are automatically loaded. You may also select a Per Mile Rate which will calculate the Distance between the Pickup and Delivery Location.
A new feature is the ability to Get Live Directions from any two points on the Shipment.

The Mapping Page allows you to retrieve Directions from your office, or from any stop in your Shipment. Also, when you Route a driver from the Routing Page you will be able to generate directions to each and every stop with the click of the mouse.
Because TransAll Trucking Software utilizes MapPoint 2004, live constrcution updates and current road conditions are constantly updated automatically. This includes Detours!!!

The Report Page allows you to generate Crystal Reports for each Shipment Status. It will show all shipments assigned to each driver in a clear and concise breakdown.
Also, for those companies that utilize sub-contractors, you will now be able to generate a payroll report for a single sub-contractor. It will detail, each shipment, Charges, and a calculated percentage for the drivers payment.

The Billing Page allows you to Manifest Shipments for your customer on a single invoice. Also, you can export your Accounting information directly into Quickbooks!!! You also have the option of Billing a Single shipment at a time.

The Volume Weight Calculator Page makes sure you don't lose money on those oversized shipments. With the ability to check volume weight for (4) different Dim Factors, and also conversions from Inches to Centimeters and Pounds to Kilos, the Volume Weight Calculator will be an integral tool for your company. The Calculator will also generate a full report that you may print to include in your billing.
